CONTRACTOR, any Subcontractor, Supplier, or any <br /> other individual or entity directly or indirectly employed 6.17 Shop Drawings and Samples <br /> by any of them to perform any of the Work, or anyone <br /> for whose acts any of them may be liable, shall be A.
