Two Companies placed bids on the project, and <br />Flanders of Lakeland Florida, the low bidder was awarded the project at $55,000. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Flanders has completed the replacement of all three (3) VFD's as required by the Contract <br />Agreement. All testing has taken place and the equipment is on-line and operating per the <br />Agreement. At this time Flanders is requesting Final pay of $55,000.00. <br />FUNDING: <br />Funds for this project are derived from the Renewal and Replacement (R&R) budget in the <br />operating fund.
