The purpose of Work Order No. 2 was to resolve conflicts <br />between existing utilities and proposed roadway drainage and paving improvements. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The roadway improvements have now been completed and the conflicts were successfully resolved <br />during construction. Carter Assoc., Inc. submitted Application for Payment No. 14 Final on January <br />30, 2014 for $3,304.46. Previous payments to date total $21,155.11 resulting in a final total cost for <br />the consulting services of $24,459.57, or $240.43 less than budgeted. <br />FUNDING: <br />Funds for this project are derived from the other professional services account in the operating <br />fund.
