The Chairman opened the Public Hearing, and there being no speakers, the Chairman <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously granted <br />special exception use approval for the agricultural <br />business to be known as Audrey's Feed Store with the <br />following conditions: (1) Prior to site plan release, the <br />applicant shall: (a) Dedicate 10' of additional right-of- <br />way for Oslo Road without compensation, as depicted on <br />the project site plan; and (b) Submit detailed architectural <br />elevations that document the feed store's compliance with <br />corridor plan criteria; (2) Prior to issuance of a Certificate <br />of Occupancy (C.O.), the applicant shall: (a) Construct the <br />Type "B" buffer along the north side of the project area of <br />development, as depicted on the project site plan; and <br />(b) Construct or bond -out for construction of the required <br />sidewalks along the project's Oslo Road and 66th Avenue <br />frontages, as depicted on the project site plan, all as <br />recommended in the memorandum of March 3, 2014. <br />10.A.2.
