That group may have a high propensity to use transit due to <br />limited accessibility to a vehicle or the absence of a driver's license. The highest <br />concentrations of younger residents are in the Fellsmere, Rock Ridge, Tropic Grove, <br />Glendale East and Rosewood areas.
