2. 85% of the children enrolled in the Childcare Resources program a minimum of one year will <br /> show progress in development in the course of the school year as measured by Speed Dial <br /> R, Katz Social/Emotional Checklist, Ages and Stages. Baseline: pre-tests administered in <br /> the fall of the 2010-2011 school year. <br /> Goal not met. <br /> 80% of the children showed appropriate developmental progress during the course of the <br /> school year. <br /> 3. Childcare Resources parents will maintain 100% compliance in all of areas of required <br /> parent participation during the 2011-2012 school year as measured by the parent <br /> participation log. <br /> Goal met. <br /> 100% of the parents met or exceeded the parent participation requirements. <br /> CHILDCARE RESOURCES OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> Program: Psychological Services <br /> (Statistics as of 9/30/2012) <br /> • Grant: $5,925 <br /> • Funds Used as of 9/30/2012: $4150 <br /> Now • Total children served as of 9/30/2012: 8 children <br /> 14 parents or other adults in the household <br /> Cost per child: Per the Annual Report for 2010 - 2011 funding year, the cost per child is <br /> $846.43 (excluding parents served.) If parents receiving therapy are included, the total cost per <br /> client is $370.31. <br /> Focus Areas Addressed: Psychological Services <br /> Taxonomy#: RP-450.650; RP-150.330 <br /> Program Description: This program is designed to provide access to licensed mental health <br /> professionals for those families in our program (low income, working families who live in Indian <br /> River County). <br /> Collaboration: United Way Success by Six Committee, Mental Health Association <br /> GOALS/OUTCOMES REPORT (10/1/2011- 9/30/2012) <br /> 1. 85% of individuals attending more than two therapy sessions will raise their functioning, as <br /> measured by the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) assessment or other screening <br /> devices (Ages & Stages, Katz Social Attributes Checklist). Only children in Childcare <br /> Resources program one full year or more will be included. Baseline: Admission GAF score, <br /> fall Ages & Stages, Katz Checklist. <br /> - 17- <br /> 52 <br />
