The ground water samples will be analyzed on a normal (7 to 10-day)turn-around <br /> time. <br /> Task 2—Ground Water Monitoring Report <br /> Upon receipt of the laboratory data, KHA will prepare and submit a Site .4ssessnient Status <br /> Report to the FDEP. The report will summarize the methodology and results of the additional <br /> ground water sampling.The Site Assessment Status Report will include the following: <br /> • A description of the methodologies employed for the additional sampling. <br /> • A discussion of the ground water quality data collected from the Site. <br /> • Tabular summaries of the ground water quality data. <br /> • Tabular summary of the depth to ground water measurements. <br /> • Scaled drawings depicting the location of the existing and proposed <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> • Scaled ground water contour maps. <br /> • Copies of the laboratory analytical data. <br /> The report will be signed and sealed by a Professional Geologist licensed in the State of Florida. <br /> The County will be provided with three hard copies and one electronic copy of the report. <br /> Additionally,one hard copy and one electronic copy of the report will be submitted to the FDEP. <br /> For the Additional Services set forth above in Tasks 1 and 2,Client shall pay Consultant the lump <br /> sum labor amount of$8500.00, exclusive of sampling expenses.
