Please allow this letter to serve as a <br /> request to be added to the Constitutional Officers and Governmental Agencies portion of the <br /> October 1,2013 Board of County Commissioners Agenda. By application requirements,the public <br /> must be given opportunity to comment on this item on the agenda, however, a Public Hearing is not <br /> required. <br /> As permitted under JAG—"funds can be used for state and local initiatives technical assistance <br /> training personnel equipment supplies contractual supportand information systems for criminal <br /> justice..." The JAG grant in the amount of$21,928.00,with no match required,has been allotted <br /> to the County.
