d 1� <br /> i <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> HONORING L YNN WILLIAMS ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Lynn Williams is retiring from Indian River County effective October 2, 2013; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Lynn Williams began employment with the County as a Maintenance <br /> Supervisor in the Buildings and Grounds Division on July 10, 1981. Lynn was promoted to <br /> the position of Buildings and Grounds Superintendent on October7, 1982. He spent four <br /> years,from October 1, 1983 to October 1, 1896, as a Superintendent/Safety Officer. From <br /> October 1, 1986, Lynn continued in the capacity of Buildings and Grounds Superintendent <br /> until his retirement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lynn Wfiliams was the project representative on numerous Indian River <br /> County projects, including the Courthouse, the County Administrative Complex, the North <br /> County Library, the Flections/43rd Avenue Annex, among many others. He served in that <br /> capacity with utmost professionalism; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lynn Williams has served this County and the Public with distinction and <br /> selflessness. During his thirty-two years of service, he was dedicated and his work was <br /> greatly appreciated by the employer, and co-workers alike; and <br /> NOW, TI1E1?EF0RI;, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board applauds <br /> Lynn Williams' efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board wishes to express their <br /> appreciation for the dedicated service he has given to Indian River County for the last <br /> thirty-two years; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br /> extend heartfelt wishes.for success in his future endeavors. <br /> Adopted, tris 1st day of October 2013. <br /> MSV c BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> INDIA N RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> 1, � R,� <br /> Joseph E.
