0 RESOLUTION NO. 2013- <br /> to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br /> do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.I. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands purchased from George A. Glenn and Frances G. Sherwood, as <br /> Personal Representatives of the Estate of Helen M. Glenn, deceased, for 33`d <br /> Street right-of-way, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br /> 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Personal Representative's Deed <br /> recorded in Book 2704, Page 2148, Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> 2. The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br /> directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Tax Collector and the <br /> Property Appraiser with a copy to each of Fixed Assets, Budget, and the County <br /> Attorney's Office. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> , <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows- <br /> 2 <br /> 37 <br />
