Addendum To Agreement To Purchase And Sell Real Estate <br /> This amendment to the Agreement To Purchase And Sell Real Estate,dated this 27th day of <br /> September 27, 2013,by and between 510 Industrial Park,Inc., a Florida Profit Corporation <br /> ("Sellers")and Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida("County"): <br /> • Said easement will be underneath land for drainage pipe only <br /> • The presence of the pipe will in no way increase the cost of developing the land in the <br /> future, in particular as it relates to a deceleration lane that may be built on top of it <br /> • The easement will be used for drainage from our property only <br /> • IRC gives first right of refusal to allow us to purchase or swap the land immediately to <br /> the east of our property should they not have a need for it. This property will be useful <br /> to the development of our property in the future,particularly as it relates to <br /> deceleration/turn lane into the property <br /> • The county also agrees to cooperate with 510 Industrial Park Inc. or current owner of <br /> this property at the time of such future development in regard to the requirements for <br /> the deceleration/turn lane that may encroach upon the easement that is being hereby <br /> given. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the undersigned have executed this Amendment as of the date first <br /> set forth above. <br /> SELLER: COUNTY: <br /> 510 Industrial Park,Inc.
