G0353 <br /> FOR THE PC SOUTH NUTRIENT RECOVERY FACILITY <br /> DATE: October 14, 2013 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On December 18, 2012, Indian River County accepted an $850,000 EPA/FDEP 319(h) <br /> grant - DEP Agreement No. G0353. Staff has worked with FDEP to amend the grant to <br /> include additional state funding. Attached Amendment No. 1 adds $1,376,900 to the <br /> 319(h) grant, resulting in a total grant amount of $2,226,900. The amendment also <br /> includes a revised Work Plan and other miscellaneous revisions to the original <br /> agreement. FDEP's Secretary will sign the contract upon receipt of executed copies <br /> from the County and will return one fully executed copy to the County. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> Alternative No. 1 —Approve DEP Amendment No. 1 to DEP Agreement No. G0353. <br /> Alternative No. 2 — Reject DEP Amendment No. 1 to DEP Agreement No. G0353. <br /> FUNDING <br /> For FY 13/14 the current budget for this project is $10,238,689.
