The following fee schedule is valid for the <br /> period of time ranging from September 30, 2013 to October 1, 2015: <br /> One (1) Man Crew - $40/hour <br /> Four (4) Man Crew - $125/hour <br /> Equipment with Operator - $75/hour <br /> Assorted Herbicides - per cost of herbicide per specific application <br /> Please note that DGC Environmental Services, Inc generally submits project proposals that <br /> result in one lump sum.
