The CQA SET will mobilize to the <br /> site upon notification by SWDD, RSI, or the selected Contractor. <br /> BUDGET ESTIMATE <br /> Geosyntec proposes to perform this work on a time and materials basis for a not-to-exceed <br /> amount of $3,985.
