PZC 11/14/13 Neeting <br />(Unapproved) Minutes Excerpt <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />There was a meeting of the Indian River County (IRC) Plan ing and <br />Zoning Commission (PZC) on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 7:00 p.rn. in the <br />Commission Chambers of the County Administration Building, 1801 27 1h Street, <br />Vero Beach, Florida. You may hear an audio of the meeting; review the meeting <br />agenda, backup material and the minutes on the Indian River Count website <br />www.ircgov.com/Boards/PZC/2013. <br />Present were members: Vice -Chairman Todd Brognano, Member -at - <br />Large; Charles Rednour, District 1 Appointee; Maria Caldarone, District 3 <br />Appointee; Dr. Jonathan Day, District 4 Appointee; and Jordan Stewart, <br />Member -at -Large. <br />Absent were Chairman Sam Zimmerman, District 2 Appoint e; Brad <br />Emmons, District 5 Appointee; and Carol Johnson, non-voting Scho I Board <br />Liaison (all excused). <br />Also present was IRC staff: Bill DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney; Stan <br />Boling, Planning Director; Roland DeBlois, Chief of Environmental Plan ling and <br />Code Enforcement; John McCoy, Senior Planner; and Reta Smith, Recording <br />Secretary. <br />Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and all stood for Pledge <br />of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Stan Boling, IRC Planning Director, noted th ollowing chang s to the <br />agenda: <br />the <br />thiF <br />• Addition of Item #3 B. under Ite Not on Consent for an Administrative <br />Permit Use Approval for Mar' Connection <br />• Postponing of Ite 6 A., Consideration of Planning Staff's Re iew and <br />Evaluation of County's Wireless Master Plan and Wireless Reg lations <br />Mr. ring explained staff had added Item #3B due to time constraints with <br />Jidoa'y schedule.
