ON MOTION BY Dr. Day, SECONDED BY Mr. <br />Stewart, the members voted (4-1) to recommend <br />that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the <br />proposed ordinance amending LDR Chapters 911, <br />912 and 974. Vice -Chairman Brognano opposed. <br />Chairman Brognano read the following into the record: <br />C.
