ORDINANCE NO. 2013 - <br />subject <br />to payment of the applicable extension fee adopted by the <br />board of county commissioners and the conditions and <br />timeframes provided in these regulations. <br />SECTION 2. CODIFICATION. <br />It is the intention of the Board of County Commissioners the <br />provision of this ordinance shall become and be made part of the Indian <br />County Code, and that the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered <br />lettered and the word ordinance may be changed to section, article or such <br />appropriate word or phrase in order to accomplish such intention. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is h <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, then said h, <br />shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4.
