It was received in an envelope marked private, evidently be <br />Mr. Mensing wanted it to be private and "not accessible to the press". <br />I, 2013 <br />14.D(1) <br />It is my understanding that the simple request from a member of the public does <br />not make it so. I would appreciate the County Attorney's opinion on this. <br />Additionally, with the Board's support, I would like a page or two from the <br />Attorney, articulating as best he is able under the circumstances, why Mr <br />Mensing is suing a select group of Commissioners, Attorneys and other <br />malefactors. <br />Thank you. <br />ounty <br />185 <br />
