The remaining tasks will be subject to approval by FDEP on the Work <br /> Plan. <br /> Fee and Expenses <br /> K.HA will perform the forgoing scope of services based on the following lump <br /> sum fees,exclusive of sampling expenses: <br /> Task 1 —Work Plan Preparation $2,500 <br /> Task 2-Additional Assessment Activities $11,700 <br /> Task 3—Survey $3,500 <br /> Task 4 SARA Report Preparation $12,500 <br /> Sampling expenses including well driller and laboratory are estimated to be <br /> 11,000. <br /> Direct expenses for All permitting, application, and similar project fees will be <br /> paid directly by the Client. <br /> Lump sum fees will be invoiced monthly based upon the overall percentage of <br /> services performed.
