Confirming (Third Reso.) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> FOR CERTAIN ASPHALT MILLING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> TO 7'PLACE WEST OF 63rd AVENUE TO 60th AVENUE, <br /> IN THE PINE TREE PARK SUBDIVISION. - IRC <br /> PROJECT NO. 1212; AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL <br /> ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted Resolution <br /> No. 2013-02 providing for certain asphalt milling improvements to 7th PLACE WEST OF 63rd <br /> AVENUE TO 60"AVENUE IN THE PINE TREE PARK SUBDIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the special assessments are to be <br /> made and how the special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS,the resolution was published as required by Section 206.06,Indian River County <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Resolution <br /> No.2013-03,on January 8,2013 which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br /> of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the chance to be heard as to <br /> any and all concerns as to said project and said special assessments, and for the Board to act as <br /> required by Section 206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in the Vero <br /> Beach Press Journal Newspaper on January 28, 2013 and February 4,2013, (twice,one week apart, <br /> and the last being at least one week prior to the hearing),as required by Section 206.06,Indian River <br /> County Code; and <br /> F:%'Public Works:ENG1 MUNG DIVISION PROJECFS'1312 ch Place-60th Ace a 631d Ave-Pedlion P tvi",Mdmnn agenda itenisd212 Rcseludon Confining-_- <br /> 12-1_.doc 1 <br /> 86 <br />
