.. The estimated total valuation of tangible personal property investment will be <br /> approximately $44-46 million. The estimated valuation of real property <br /> investment will be approximately $7-8 million. A post project review is currently <br /> being performed to insure correct classifications for county tax reporting in April, <br /> 2013. <br /> Local Impact <br /> This project has had significant positive impact to the local community. Existing <br /> area businesses that provide professional services and products have benefited <br /> from the project during construction (i.e., 2011/2012) and will continue at full <br /> plant operations going forward. To date, building this facility has meant more <br /> than $25 million of direct investment into Florida's economy. <br /> The biomass gasification process produces renewable power from a steam <br /> turbine, which will run the plant, and at full capacity, deliver electricity to over <br /> 1 ,400 homes in the local community.
