RESOLUTION NO. 2013- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, DELEGATING TO THE COUNTY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR OR DESIGNEE THE <br /> AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE STANDARD CASH <br /> DEPOSIT AND ESCROW AGREEMENTS UNDER <br /> CHAPTER 934, EXCAVATION AND MINING, OF <br /> THE CODE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 934, Excavation and Mining, of the Code <br /> of Indian River County, security to guaranty compliance, restoration and road <br /> maintenance may be required to be posted before the approved project can get <br /> underway and/or further permitted; and <br /> WHEREAS, when cash is posted as security, rather than letters of credit <br /> or surety bonds, a standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement must be entered into; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement requires <br /> the approval of the Board of County Commissioners and the signature of the Chairman; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the County and the public to be <br /> able to provide the standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement in an expeditious <br /> manner so that the project can proceed without undue delays; and <br /> 167 <br />
