The storage lot surface shall be stabilized, in a manner suitable for the proposed <br /> use, as approved by the public works director or his designee. <br /> 911.22(7)(e)4a <br /> a. Roadway style luminaries (fixtures) such as cobra heads, Nema heads, and the <br /> like are prohibited. Wall pack and flood light luminaries are prohibited where the <br /> light source would be visible from a roadway, parking area and/or residentially <br /> designated area. High intensity discharge(e.g.high pressure sodium,metal halide, <br /> mercury vapor, tungsten halogen) lighting fixtures mounted on buildings and <br /> poles higher than eighteen (18) feet above parking lot grade, and lighting <br /> elements associated with canopies, shall be directed perpendicular to the ground. <br /> Other than decorative and low level/low height lighting, no light source or lens <br /> shall project above or below a fixture box, shield, or canopy.
