Recreational vehicles and boats may be stored on any lot. <br /> However, any trailers, campers or boats which are stored in unenclosed areas on <br /> any single-family or two family lot in any residential zoning district shall meet the <br /> following standards: <br /> 1. Ownership of recreational vehicles and boats; authorized storage. Such <br /> storage shall be limited to vehicles owned by the occupant(s) of the <br /> residence or the house guests of the occupant(s). <br /> 2. Limitation on number of recreational vehicles.
