ORDINANCE 2013- <br /> 2. A site plan meeting all of the requirements of Chapter 914. <br /> -- (c) Criteria for self-storage facilities: <br /> 1. Storage unit interior areas shall not exceed ten (10) feet in height. <br /> 2. Storage units shall not exceed one hundred fifty (150) square feet in size. <br /> 3. Outdoor storage is prohibited, except that outdoor stome of vehicles <br /> may be approved upon a finding by the board of county <br /> commissioners that the criteria of 971.12(5) are satisfied. <br /> 4. All outdoor lights shall be shielded to direct light and glare only onto the <br /> self-storage facility premises. Light and glare shall be defected, shaded <br /> and focused away from all adjoining property and road rights-of-way. <br /> 5. Self-service storage facility sites shall not exceed three (3) acres in gross <br /> area. <br /> 6. Notwithstanding the applicable buffering requirements contained in <br /> section 911.10, a Type B landscape buffer with six-foot opaque feature <br /> shall be provided between all structures and adjacent properties zoned for <br /> single-family residential use. <br /> 7. Building containing storage units shall not exceed ten thousand (10,000) <br /> square feet in floor area each and shall not exceed one hundred thousand <br /> (100,000) square feet of floor area for all buildings. <br /> 8. Access shall only be to arterial or collector roadways and in no case <br /> through areas zoned for residential use. <br /> 9. No utilities (other than air conditioning)may be supplied to storage units. <br /> 10. Hours of operation shall be limited to between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. <br /> prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall <br /> provide appropriate signage on the site stating the hours of operation of <br /> the facility. <br /> 11.
