Do you plan to award any salary increases to your employees in the current <br /> fiscal year or a bonus of any type? If so, please provide information regarding <br /> the amount of the raises and the total cost. <br /> 2. Please provide a year-to-date detail of all capital expenditures for the current <br /> fiscal year 2012/2013, comparing your actual expenditures to your original <br /> and/or revised budget amount. <br /> 3. Please provide detail regarding the type of equipment needed for each <br /> vehicle including estimated cost and useful life. This information is needed to <br /> determine a funding source for such equipment. <br /> In accordance with general direction received from the Board of Commissioners, this <br /> information is needed as supporting documentation for your funding request.
