Inspector Carter Solomon submitted photographs into evidence, <br /> which are on file in the Commission Office, and confirmed there was no compliance. <br /> She reported this had been going on for over a year and neighbors were <br /> complaining. <br /> The Respondent described herbs and other vegetation she had planted and <br /> stated her family and pets ate some of what was growing in her front yard.
