This recommendation is based on Golder's landfill experience and qualifications, and <br /> SWDD and Geosyntec's direct working experience with Golder at the IRCL. <br /> Geosyntec further recommends to allocate 20 percent contingency funds for the Ditch Work for <br /> changes in site conditions and/or modifications.
