Schryver, P.S.M., County Survey <br /> SUBJECT: Perpetual Easement Agreement between Fellsmere 512, LLC and Indian River County <br /> DATE: March 20, 2013 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> In connection with the construction of a new Dollar General store on CR512 in the City of Fellsmere, <br /> Indian River County has requested, and Fellsmere 512, LLC(owner)has agreed,to grant and convey to <br /> Indian River County, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement over, upon and across the easement area as <br /> described herein.
