03/08/2013 12:52 <br /> PM <br /> It is with great pleasure that the Southeast Region announces the <br /> selection <br /> of Robert (Bob) McPartlan as the Circuit 19 Community Development <br /> Administrator. <br /> Bob started with the Department in 2001 as a CPI in Palm Bay. He worked <br /> as <br /> a CPI for the Child Advocacy Center and was promoted to Supervisor for <br /> that <br /> Unit in 2005. He was again promoted in July 2008 and became the Program <br /> Administrator for Circuit 19 CPI. <br /> The McPartlan 7 consisting of wife/author Aimee (Don't You Cry) and <br /> ,,. their 5 <br /> children (13 y/o Morgan, 12 y/o Bobby, 11 y/o Taylor, and 2 y/o twins <br /> Reagan and Rylee) reside in Sebastian, FL. Bob has resided in <br /> -Sebastian <br /> for 12 years and has been active in the community coaching Little <br /> League, <br /> involved with the Boys and Girls Club and many other local <br /> organizations. <br /> In 2010 Bob was selected to serve on Sebastian's Charter Review <br /> Committee <br /> and in 2011 was elected to the Sebastian City Council for 2011-2013 and <br /> appointed as the Chairman of the Metropolitan Planning Organization for <br /> Indian River County. On November 14th, 2012 he was unanimously chosen <br /> by <br /> his peers to be the next Mayor of Sebastian. While on the Council, <br /> Bob <br /> has advocated for domestic violence awareness as well as foster care, <br /> adoption, and the Guardian Ad Litem program. Bob continues to be a <br /> dedicated and committed leader for the Department of Children and <br /> Families. <br /> We are very excited to have Bob represent Circuit 19 as our Community <br /> Development Administrator. <br /> Congratulations! <br /> 2 Q <br />
