• The subject matter of the meeting will be settlement negotiations and strategy <br /> relating to litigation expenses. The session will commence at an open meeting in <br /> the County Commission Chambers located on the first floor of Building A of the <br /> County Administration Complex, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, will <br /> continue at a closed meeting in the County Commissioners' Conference Room <br /> located on the second floor of Building A of the County Administration Complex <br /> and will terminate at an open meeting in the County Commission Chambers. <br /> The estimated time of the attorney-client session is forty-five (45) minutes. <br /> Present at the meeting will be Commissioners Joseph E.
