Prior to going into private session, Florida Statute 286.011(8) requires the <br /> Chairman to read the following statement: <br /> "This is the commencement of the attorney-client session. The <br /> estimated time of the closed attorney-client session is 45 <br /> minutes. Present at the meeting will be Commissioners <br /> Wesley S. Davis, Tim Zorc, Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari and <br /> me, Joseph E. Flescher. Also present will be Deputy County <br /> Attorney William K. DeBraal, County Administrator Joseph <br /> Baird, and a certified court reporter.
