MEMORANDUM — St. Francis Manor <br /> May 29, 2013 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The attached Eighth Amendment and Modification to Ninety-Nine Year Lease has been <br /> approved by its Board of Directors. The amendment provides that SFM has three years to <br /> obtain site plan approval for expansion of the complex and five years to begin construction. <br /> There is a communication tower on the old jail site property but it is not a part of this lease <br /> amendment. <br /> Funding: There is no expenditure of County funds associated with this matter. <br /> Recommendation: Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br /> Eighth Amendment and Modification to Ninety-Nine Year Lease and authorize the Chairman <br /> to execute the Amendment and corresponding Resolution on behalf of the Board. <br /> c: Louis Schacht <br /> 128 <br />
