RESOLUTION NO. 2013- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE <br /> DEDICATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS AS <br /> DEPICTED ON THE PLAT OF CROSS CREEK <br /> LAKE ESTATES PLAT TWO, RECORDED IN PLAT <br /> BOOK 26, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> WHEREAS, Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat Two, located immediately <br /> south of Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat One and is north of C.R. 510, south of <br /> Barber Street, west of 70th Avenue within the City of Sebastian and consists of <br /> thirty lots; a copy of the recorded plat is attached to this resolution and <br /> incorporated by reference herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, water and sewer services to this development are provided <br /> by Indian River County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the plat of Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat Two: <br /> (1) Dedicates to both Indian River County and the City of Sebastian <br /> perpetual 10-foot wide utility easements for the construction, <br /> installation, maintenance and operation of public utilities, and <br /> (2) Dedicates to Indian River County perpetual 15-foot wide utility <br /> easements on Lots 3 and 4 (combined width of 30 feet) for the <br /> construction, installation, ownership, maintenance and operation of <br /> potable water lines; and <br /> 1 37 <br />
