Consultant Shall : Based upon the approved conceptual design documents, <br /> Consultant shall provide standard Architectural/Engineering construction documents <br /> necessary for the permitting and construction of the Indian River County Sheriff's <br /> Office Crime Scene Vehicle Storage Compound Facility <br /> b. The CONSULTANT'S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as <br /> defined by the master AGREEMENT dated September 8, 2009 or the COUNTY will <br /> not approve the CONSULTANT'S request for payment. <br /> SECTION IV— COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept, for the above described <br /> services rendered as identified in Task One, Two and Three of this Work Order No. —3_, for a <br /> total lump sum fee of S 58,694.00. <br /> Any additional services listed hereon shall be authorized individually or together by the <br /> COUNTY and/or the County's authorized Project Manager. Approved additional services <br /> shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee schedule with the <br /> CONSULTANT in accordance with the AGREEMENT dated September 9, 2009. <br /> All invoicing shall include Project Name (Crime Scene Unit Vehicle Storage Compound), Work <br /> Order No. _3_ (WO _3_) Payments shall be in accordance with the original Professional <br /> Services Agreement, with the COUNTY dated September 9, 2009. <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of <br /> the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein. <br /> 81 <br />
