Kafer,Jr., P.E., County Engine <br /> SUBJECT: Work Order No. 2 with Dunkelberger Engineering and Testing, Inc. for <br /> CR512 Resurfacing from Roseland Road to Easy Street (Eastbound Only) <br /> IRC Project No. 1132 <br /> DATE: May 17, 2013 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On March 3, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved the renewal of an annual <br /> agreement for Professional Geotechnical Services,with Dunkelberger Engineering and Testing, <br /> Inc.for various services including,but not limited to,field and laboratory construction materials <br /> w• <br /> testing in Indian River County. <br /> The purpose of Work Order No. 2 is to provide testing services for the resurfacing of CR512 <br /> from Roseland Road to Easy Street (eastbound lanes only).
