ig <br /> PR O CLAMA TION <br /> HONORING GARY EASLICK ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SER VICES/SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Easlick is retiring from Indian River County effective July 25, 2013; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Easlick began his career with Indian River County on April 26, <br /> 1991, as a Maintenance Worker III for the Solid Waste Disposal District(SWDD). He <br /> was promoted on July 5, 1991, to Heavy Equipment Operator L On July 15, 2005, he <br /> was promoted to SWDD Foreman and continued in that capacity until his retirement, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Easlick brought his experience as a United States Army veteran and <br /> a former Piper employee to the various operational aspects of the solid waste and <br /> recycling industry. He served with utmost professionalism, gaining respect from <br /> regulators, engineers, contractors, other departments, and the general public;and <br /> WHEREAS, Gary Easlick has served this County and the Public with distinction and <br /> selflessness. During his years of service, he was dedicated and his work was greatly <br /> appreciated by his employer, citizens, and co-workers alike;and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br /> applauds Gary Easlick's efforts on behalf of the County, and the Board wishes to <br /> express their appreciation for the dedicated service he has given to Indian River <br /> Countyfor the last twenty-two years; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the Board of County Commissioners and staff <br /> extend heartfelt wishes for success in his future endeavors! <br /> Adopted this 16th day of July 2013. <br /> i <br /> Q i BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> Q Q� INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> E <br /> Joseph E.
