Consider awarding a contract to construct PC South Algal Nutrient Removal <br />Facility (PC South); <br />B. Consider awarding a contract to construct a stormwater force main from the <br />South Relief Canal pump station to the PC South site, and a brine concentrate <br />force main from the South County Water Treatment Plant to the PC South site; <br />C. Consider authorizing staff to direct purchase certain PC South equipment to <br />reduce overall project cost; <br />D.
