Polackwich, Sr., County Attorney ®(�" <br />FROM: William K DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: July 8, 2013 <br />ATTORNEY <br />SUBJECT: Amendment to Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate <br />William and Eva Graves <br />On December 19, 2007 the Board approved an Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real <br />Estate owned by William and Eva Graves ("the Graves") for right-of-way acquisition at <br />66th Avenue south of 8th Street. The County purchased 3.32 acres from the Graves for <br />right-of-way and a stormwater retention pond. During the course of construction, the <br />parties have found it desirable to change the improvements made to the property. The <br />changes include relocation of a driveway and yard drain. The plans attached to the <br />amended Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate depict the changes to be made <br />from the original agreement. <br />Funding: There is no funding impact due to this amendment.
