Smith, Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller <br /> DATE: July 3, 2013 <br /> SUBJECT: County Capital Asset Inventories <br /> Annual physical inventories of capital assets are conducted for all BCC departments as well as <br /> the Clerk of Circuit Court, Property Appraiser, Supervisor of Elections, and Tax Collector. <br /> Finance Department staff has completed a detailed physical inventory of nearly 4,800 pieces of <br /> equipment. Per Florida Statute 274.07, any assets that must be removed from the County <br /> inventory will be presented to the Board for approval.
