A. to perform a spatial needs analysis and site master plan <br /> (Phase 1) and design of an evidence storage facility (Phase II) for the Sheriff. <br /> Work Order#1 in the amount of$27,500 included evaluation of the structures and <br /> systems for renovation as a solution to the space needs identified in the Phase I work. <br /> Professional fees for the construction and bidding documents for the reuse of existing <br /> building were approved by the Board in Work Order#2 in the amount of$219,802.00 on <br /> June 19, 2012. <br /> The agreement called for 10% retainage on all invoices for design services. Attached is <br /> a list of amounts which have been held. Donadio and Associates has requested release <br /> of amounts held on invoices for the design document phase of the work. With the <br /> project approaching 60% completion of the construction phase, staff supports this <br /> request.
