PHASES 2 AND 3: <br /> In October, 2009 the original developer of Millstone Landing P.D. Phases 2 and <br /> 3, recorded a Covenant to Defer Sidewalk Development for certain lots within <br /> each phase. By the recording of those covenants, the developer agreed not to <br /> sell any lots or obtain any building permits for construction within the deferral <br /> area until such time as the sidewalks were constructed or security posted with <br /> the County. The deferral area consists of Lots 185-250 in Phase 2; and Lots 59- <br /> 70 in Phase 3. <br /> The original developer was foreclosed on, and currently the project is owned by <br /> SLV Millstone, L.L.C., the successor developer.
