Mr. McCoy advised the County planned to pave 49th Street from 66th <br /> Avenue to just before the west property line of the subject site, and the <br /> applicant would be responsible for paving the remainder of 49th Street in a <br /> future phase. <br /> Vice-Chairman Brognano closed the public hearing at 7:44 p.m. <br /> Mr. Emmons stated the only concern he noted were questions about <br /> traffic impacts but overall it appeared there would be benefits to the community <br /> and he was in favor of the project. <br /> Mr. Keating related staff had been working with the applicant's team for <br /> approximately one year and was completely supportive of the project. <br /> ON MOTION BY Mr. Stewart, SECONDED BY Vice- <br /> Chairman Brognano, the members voted <br /> unanimously (5-0) to recommend that the Board of <br /> County Commissioners approve the proposed <br /> Planned Development Traditional Neighborhood <br /> Design rezoning and the conceptual PD plan with <br /> the conditions recommended by staff. <br /> Vice-Chairman Brognano read the following into the record: <br /> B. Consideration of Proposed Land Development Regulation (LDR) <br /> Amendment to Section 911.15(1)(d), West County Industrial Park Height <br /> Exception [Legislative] <br /> Mr. Stan Boling, IRC Planning Director, reviewed the information <br /> contained in his memorandum dated June 25, 2013 and gave a PowerPoint <br /> presentation, which is on file in the Commission office. <br /> Vice-Chairman Brognano opened the public hearing at 7:56 p.m. and <br /> since no one wished to speak, the public hearing was closed. <br /> ON MOTION BY Mr. Rednour, SECONDED BY Ms. <br /> Caldarone, the members voted unanimously (5-0) <br /> to recommend that the Board of County <br /> Commissioners adopt the proposed amendment to <br /> the West County Industrial Park height exception. <br /> (taw <br /> PZC/Unapproved 4 July 11, 2013 <br /> ATTACHMENT 6 565 <br />
