(W <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013= <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, FORMALLY DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br /> COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY FOR OSLO ROAD <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND DIRECTING THE <br /> PROPERTY APPRAISER TO CUT OUT THE <br /> PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> FROM THE PARENT PARCEL OF PROPERTY <br /> KNOWN AS THE SOUTH COUNTY REGIONAL <br /> PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, under the threat of condemnation Edmund N. Ansin and <br /> Ronald M. Ansin conveyed to Indian River County property now known as the <br /> South County Regional Park; said conveyance was recorded on May 1, 1989 in <br /> O.R. Book 829 at Page 2333 of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br /> Florida; and <br /> WHEREAS, recently in the course of preparing a boundary survey for the <br /> South County Regional Park, it became apparent that a portion of the park <br /> property along Oslo Road to 20th Avenue is being used as right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, a sketch and legal description of the right-of-way have been <br /> prepared and are attached hereto as Exhibit"A"; and <br /> WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to designate by a recorded instrument <br /> the County's designation of this right-of-way so that the Indian River County <br /> Property Appraiser can earmark the property as right-of-way on the appropriate <br /> maps, as well as cut out the designated right-of-way from the parent parcel of the <br /> L <br /> 1 96 <br />
