4 40 ORDINANCE NO. 86-36 <br />Platted Single Family Subdivisions with <br />Approved Positive Drainage Systems <br />All platted single family subdivisions, having applied after <br />November of 1982 (beginning withfile #IRD-SD-82-12-002), have <br />received stormwater management permits in accordance with the <br />Stormwater Management Ordinance No. 82-28 and as amended. These <br />subdivisions have an approved positive drainage system and are <br />therefore exempt from the requirements of Section 25(S) of the <br />Zoning Code.
