0 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 - 52 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that these amendments are consistent with the general spirit and <br />intent of the County's Comprehensive Plans <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the <br />Transportation and Land Use Elements of the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Land Use Map, <br />be amended as follows. <br />SECTION 1 <br />Pages 35 and 36 of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive <br />This is a commercial/ industrial node containing twe-hundred <br />ferty-4248} six hundred fifty (650) acres. <br />I-95/S.R. 60 INTERCHANGE <br />This is a commercial/industrial node containing E±ive-htin Feel <br />f}fty-J55g} six hundred fifty (650) acres. <br />SEBASTIAN/ROSELAND AREA <br />A seventy -fir -{45) one hundred twenty (120) acre hospi- <br />tal/commercial node is located at the intersection of Roseland <br />Road and U.S. #1 adjacent to the existing hospital. Commercial, <br />institutional and residential uses related to the needs of the <br />hospital as well as tourist commercial and general commercial <br />uses may be permitted within this node. The location of these <br />various uses shall be regulated by the County's zoning ordinance. <br />%�-a-art-y--€i-��e--��5} <br />ase-etts-eeeea�-Keele- There is a forty (40) acre commer- <br />cialf4:mdu9rtya0 node located on U.S. #1 at- the south of the <br />Sebastian city limits. A fifteen (15) acre industrial node is <br />located north of the Sebastian city limits between Gibson Street <br />and the Florida East Coast Railroad right-of-way. <br />WABASSO AREA <br />A one hundred !9±ftp--44m} twenty (120) acre commer- <br />cial/industrial node is located at the intersection of C.R. 510 <br />and U.S. #1.
