LETTER: Stanley Fronczek, VLEPOA President to <br />Jim Davis dated 5-20-91 <br />DATE: .May 28, 1991 FILE: . vle.agn <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The President of the Property Owners Association at Vero <br />Lakes Estates Subdivision has requested permission to appear <br />before the Board during the regularly scheduled June 4, 1991 <br />meeting to present a proposal to increase the Vero Lake <br />Estates MSTU per parcel assessment from $15 per year to $50 <br />per year, effective for the two year period Oct. 1, 1991 <br />through Sept. 30, 1993. The purpose of this increase for a <br />two year period is to generate funds (approximately <br />$400,000) for the paving of the following roadways: <br />91st Ave. - 87th St. to 77th St.(1.0 mile) <br />79th St. - 91st Ave. to 101st Ave.(1.25 mile) <br />101st Ave. - 79th St. to 87th St. (1.0 mile) <br />With the addition of the above paved roads in the <br />subdivision, a paved loop roadway network would exist to <br />benefit the entire subdivision. <br />8 <br />
