Tipping Agricultural Enumerator, was received and examined, a <br />approved, and same was ordered transmitted to the Commissioner of Agriculture. <br />J.B.Wetherington, Assistant State Auditor submitted a final report of the audit of <br />G.R.Olmstead, as Tax Collector, showing $15,847.59 due the State and County the day he <br />retired from this office. <br />Gus,A Tomlinson, attorney for G.R.Olmstead; appeared and made the following offer <br />in settlement of the claim of amount due as found by the Assistant State Auditors <br />$6,000.00 in St.Lucie County bonds <br />2,000.00 Grove at Waba.sso <br />3,000.00 Equity in Home at Vero Beach <br />500.00 Butck automobile <br />1,000.00 Property in Jacksonville <br />500.00 Property in Miami <br />$13,000.00, and the balance to be paid in cash this days. <br />Commissioner J.W.LaBruce mored that the County accept 069000.00 in bonds and Buick <br />automobile valued at 0500.00 and request the balance due in cash, for the shortage <br />alleged in the office of Tax Collector. Upon the advice of the County attorney that thi <br />motion was legal, Commissioner Walker seconded the motion. <br />Commissioner Hamilton offered an amendment to the motion to accept the bonds at <br />the market price, Buick automobile at 6500.00 and the balance to be paid in eash,whieh <br />amendment was seconded by Commissioner Yongue. <br />Upon being put to a vote the amendment was unanimously carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to prepare the ballots for the General Election to be held <br />Tuesday, November 8th 1932, and instructed to place the names of all nominees of all <br />parties as certified by the Secretary of State, for State and national offices, and all <br />nominees- f or.;Cotiilt� osf ices as certified by the Supervisor of Registration. <br />The following named persons were selected to serve as Inspecto,-Xp;rand Clerk of <br />Election for the various precincts to hold and conduct the election to be held Tuedday, <br />November 8th 1932. <br />Precinct No. 1 Roseland: <br />Mrs. Annie Morgan; Minnie Hammond; L.
