Kel4king, AICP <br />Community Development Director <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling,AICP <br />Planning Director <br />FROM: John W McCoy, AICP A <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: July 29, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Windsor Properties Inc.'s Request for Final Plat Approval <br />for Phase II <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of August 6,;1991. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On March 27, 1990, the Board of County Commissioners granted <br />conceptual special exception approval to the Windsor development <br />(replaced original conceptual plan approved in 1988) to construct <br />a residential recreational community on 405 acres approximately 11 <br />miles north of the C.R. 510/S.R. A.1.A. intersection. Subsequently, <br />on March 14, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary PRD plat approval for Phase II, a 14.89 acre portion of <br />the overall project. The applicant has now submitted for final <br />plat approval for a 9.71 acre portion of the approved Phase II <br />preliminary PRD plat area. The 9.71 acre phase, now to be known as <br />the Phase II plat, includes 24 lots and two tracts. The remaining <br />portion of the Phase II preliminary plat area will be "final <br />platted" at a later date. <br />All portions of the Phase II final plat will fit into and connect <br />with the existing Phase I plat area. <br />BOOK :) FAU d' <br />15 <br />i' <br />
