ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff has inspected the road right-of-ways and drainage <br />system and has. evaluated their request, enclosed is a copy <br />of our evaluation, which resulted in a numerical score of 50 <br />points. At this time, the minimum score which warrants <br />county staff approval recommendation is 100 points. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Public Works staff does not recommend that the County accept. <br />maintenance of the road at this time. <br />Commissioner Bowman informed the Board that she personally <br />drove over this road after the rains, and it was in better shape <br />than the dirt road she lives on. She saw no problem with it <br />whatever, and there is only one house on it. <br />Chairman Bird believed that staff has advised that their <br />evaluation of this road does not meet the County requirements. <br />He further noted that Mr. Sidoti is not present to pursue his <br />request. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously accepted staff's <br />recommendation not to accept maintenance of the above <br />described road. <br />AGREEMENT W/MOSQUITO CONTROL DIST.- MANAGEMENT IMPOUNDMENT 22 <br />Capital Projects Manager Thompson reviewed the following: <br />TO: James E.
